LoopGenius offers a streamlined and efficient process for handling payments and payouts, ensuring that our users can easily receive their funds.

Setting Up Payments

  1. Stripe Checkout for Customers: LoopGenius users can provide their customers with the convenience of paying through Stripe Checkout. This feature is available irrespective of the user's location, allowing customers to easily complete their transactions.

  2. Payment Collection: When a transaction is made, LoopGenius holds the funds on behalf of the user. This ensures a secure and efficient collection process before the payout is initiated.

Payout Options

LoopGenius offers two main payout options:

  1. Stripe (Currently for US Users Only):

    • Limitation: Currently, our Stripe connection is primarily set up for users in the United States. We recognize this limitation and are actively working to extend Stripe connectivity to users in other countries.

    • For US Users: If you are based in the United States, you can set up Stripe for payouts. Your funds collected through LoopGenius will be paid out to your Stripe account.

  2. PayPal (For Users Outside the US):

    • Global Accessibility: For users outside the United States, PayPal is available as an alternative payout method.

    • Setting Up PayPal Payouts: To use PayPal, simply provide the email associated with your PayPal account. Our support team will then link this to your LoopGenius account for seamless payouts.

    • Future Expansion: We are committed to expanding our Stripe integration to support users globally. Until then, PayPal remains a reliable and accessible option for non-US users.

How to Change Payout Settings

If you need to change your payout settings or encounter any issues with the setup, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team for assistance.

  2. Provide Necessary Information: For PayPal, provide the associated email. For Stripe (US users), ensure your Stripe account details are up to date.
